Terms of Service

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Estate Agency Media, a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 16227802. You can reach us at info@estateagencymedia.co.uk or 07549 320128.

We provide property media services including photography, videography, virtual staging and digital brochures. Service descriptions and prices are as shown on the website and may be updated from time to time.

• You book by selecting a service and an available time slot, and paying securely at the time of booking. Payment is taken via Stripe.
• A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
• Please make sure the details you give us — name, contact details, property address and any access notes — are accurate and complete.

No cash refunds. Payments for cancelled appointments are converted to account credit, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible by email or phone, or via your account.
• Account credit can be put towards a future booking with us.
• If we have to cancel or reschedule a shoot (for example due to circumstances beyond our control), we’ll offer you an alternative time or account credit.

• You must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
• You confirm you have the right and any necessary permissions (for example from owners or occupiers) for us to photograph or film the property.
• If we can’t complete the shoot because access wasn’t provided, this is treated as a no-show under section 4.

• By uploading photos for virtual staging, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you grant us the licence needed to process them to deliver your order.
• Virtually staged images are digital representations and should be marketed honestly as virtually staged where appropriate.
• Uploaded photos are stored securely with our processor (Dropbox) and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

• We aim to deliver within the turnaround indicated for the relevant service; turnaround times are estimates and can vary with workload and conditions.
• On full payment, we grant you a licence to use the delivered media to market the relevant property. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we retain copyright in the media we produce.
• We may feature work we produce in our portfolio and marketing. If you’d prefer we didn’t, just let us know.

The content of this website (text, design, graphics and branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force when you book. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
